After an initial diagnosis and a study of the medical contraindications, personalized and fun exercises will be offered to you to reach your own objectives.

 

All sessions begin with a complete warm-up (muscles, joints, cardiac) to begin the exercises in an optimal way.

Then we work on a body and end with a cool down.

The courses are aimed at both women and men, from beginner to expert, at home, at your workplace or outdoors, alone or with others (sliding scale).

In terms of running, the different types of sessions are discussed (PPG, VMA, ribs, specific pace) to help you progress without burning stages.

 

The sessions are programed to your level and your goals.

We offer individual and group lessons (up to 5 people *)

It's a modern training method, less classic and more fun, accessible to all.

Through this discipline people comes to seek the conviviality and the surpassing of themself.

Unlike an analytical work (one muscle workout) more practiced in bodybuilding, we work on functional movements that solicit all muscles to produce daily efforts such as running, jumping, carrying, climbing stairs etc...

           LONG DISTANCE RUNNING 

 

Running is accessible to all, from beginners to advanced, by the sea, on the road, on fitness trails, regardless of the place, just a pair of trainers and here we go. From discovery, to a race preparation (up to the marathon), there is a wide choice for you in this discipline. The goal is to run at your level and feel the benefits. The sensation of well-being is caused by the secretion of endorphin, it increases the cardiovascular endurance, tones the muscles of the body and refines the silhouette in a few sessions. The running is a real source of energy that will guarantee you results.
